Laurent MAMOU
Attorney
Before founding the firm in 2018, Laurent Mamou served for more than 13 years as a tax advisor in leading tax law firms.
Laurent advises national and international companies with their investments, reorganizations and more generally, their tax strategy. Laurent is strongly involved in M&A projects notably with PE houses. He has been working for international groups of companies and private equity houses for many years on acquisition / development projects to address optimal tax conditions (structuring, acquisition due diligence, vendor due diligence, modeling financial flows, etc.). Laurent has also developed particular expertise in assisting corporate executives private investors and corporate managers under LBO.
In addition to his native French, Laurent is fluent in English. He has published numerous articles and regularly intervenes in tax-related seminars.

Elie BOCCARA
Attorney
Elie Boccara has been tax advisor at the Paris office of Latham & Watkins and at the Transaction Tax Department of EY Société d’Avocats, including a secondment at the French desk of the EY New York office.
Elie advises national and international companies with their investments, reorganizations and more generally, their tax strategy. Elie is strongly involved in M&A projects notably with PE houses He has been working for international groups of companies and private equity houses for many years on acquisition / development projects to address optimal tax conditions (structuring, acquisition due diligence, vendor due diligence, modeling financial flows, etc.). Elie has also developed particular expertise in assisting start up in their development and tax strategy. Il est In addition to his native French, Elie is fluent in English.
Elie Boccara has a Finance and Accounting Master degree and a Master degree in the Corporate tax area of the Paris Dauphine University. He also obtained the French CPA and a Master in Law at the Northwestern University School of Law (Chicago, USA).

Virginie AÏDAN
Attorney
Before joining Mamou & Boccara in 2023 as a partner, Virginie Aïdan worked for more than 15 years in leading business law firms. She started her career with Nathalie Bouché at KGA Avocats, then joined the tax department of Hogan Lovells headed by Xenia Legendre before becoming a partner at Cazals Manzo Pichot Saint Quentin.
Virginie Aïdan specialises in French and international tax law and regularly advises French and international companies and their managers on the tax issues involved in transnational transactions. Her practice covers the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, complex reorganisations and optimisation of employee compensation. She assists many actors in the health, media, insurance and real estate sectors with their international tax issues. Her expertise is also deployed with private clients in the field of asset taxation, whether in the form of advice or in the settlement of tax audits and disputes. In this respect, she has assisted numerous managers and artists.
She is a member of the Paris Bar and is fluent in English. Virginie Aïdan holds a Master’s degree in Management Sciences and a Master’s degree in Corporate Taxation from the University of Paris Dauphine.
Virginie is a lecturer in the Master 2 Corporate Taxation from the University of Paris Dauphine and in the tax program at the Paris Bar School.
She is a member of the IACF (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux), the A3F (Association française des femmes fiscalistes) and the IBA (International Bar Association).

Hélène LECLÈRE
Attorney
Hélène Leclère joined the firm, as a partner, in March 2023. She previously had her own practice. Hélène started her career with Rothschild & Cie Banque (Rothschild Martin Maurel) as a wealth planner before joining Arsene and participating to the creation of Keels.
Hélène advises and assists French and foreign clients, whether families or entrepreneurs, but also companies with regards to their tax obligations and relations with authorities (in particular during tax audits and tax litigations).
She has notably developed a particular expertise with respect to Franco-Belgian issues.
She is a member of the Paris Bar and is fluent in English.
Hélène holds Master’s degrees in Management Sciences from the University of Paris Dauphine, in Business Law from the University Paris I – La Sorbonne and in Tax Law (French and European) from the University of Burgundy.

Camille STOFATI
Attorney
Lawyer of the Paris Bar, Camille Stofati mainly assists French and international groups, as well as investment funds, in their financing and acquisition transactions. She is more particularly specialized in all aspects related to transactional taxation, from due diligence to structuring, and also advises companies and their managers on their current tax issues.
Camille joined the Mamou & Boccara firm as an associate in 2020. She speaks French and English. Master II Tax Lawyer – Paris Descartes University (2016).

Laura KNOLL
Specialized in taxation, Laura works with a varied clientele, including entrepreneurs, key managers and families, assisting them with all their tax issues (structuring and transfer of private or professional assets, setting up and monitoring compensation schemes, managing relations with the tax authorities). She also assists French and international groups with their day-to-day tax management and exceptional transactions.
Before joining the Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation at Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, Laura obtained a Master’s degree in Comparative Law from the University of Strasbourg and a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Leicester (LLB). She is a member of the Paris Bar and is fluent in English.
Laura joined the firm in 2023.
